MyoNaing is an award-winning Design Director based in Toronto with over a decade of agency experience. Currently overseeing a design team across the US and Canada, MyoNaing fosters a leadership philosophy rooted in mentorship. He believes that while a strong design process sets the foundation for success, the ultimate goal is creating work that tells a powerful visual story.
His multi-disciplinary approach has contributed to work recognized by the industry’s most prestigious bodies, including The One Show, Clio Awards, the ADCC, Applied Arts, and the North American Sabre Awards.
MyoNaing specializes in translating complex strategies into compelling creative, leading the design for PR and Experiential campaigns for major brands including Molson, Shoppers Drug Mart, PepsiCo, and Nestle. Outside of the studio, MyoNaing spends his downtime on the golf course, watching basketball, or hunting for the next pair of sneakers to add to his collection. He is known for his honesty, his work ethic, and for being the first to dive into a slice of cheesecake.
